Works so good! The only part of the ship it didn’t … We bought these for our cruises. Works so good! The only part of the ship it didn’t work was when we were on the main deck, 16, we couldn’t get a hold of someone below on deck 5. In sure this had something to do with it being all metal down there with no windows because it worked in level 6 that had windows. We automatically set our radios up on a private channel so we didn’t have conflicting radios with other passengers. We would also “call/ring” to get the other persons attention…

My first purchased was of a refurbished set, which came without instructions. One of the units became locked and I could not change or shut off the unit. I sent them back.
