For perspective, I have a vintage 60s Coleman 3 burner liquid gas stove (AKA “The Beast”) and a modern base level match light Coleman propane 2 burner. The Eventemp is my go-to. Boils water quickly on high and simmers low. Works well in between too when cooking on cast iron. Much easier to control the flame than either of the others I mentioned. No camp stove I’ve encountered regulates as well as a home range, unless it’s pro grade and pricey…
Awesome BIG camp stove LOVE this stove. It is big enough for a full size Lodge griddle with room to spare, that’s why I bought it. The third burner makes a big difference when using the griddle. With the middle burner up and the two bigger burners on the end turned down you can get a griddle not just really hot, but evenly hot across the whole surface. We have an earlier generation insta-light stove (2011?) and you can see from the pictures that this one is much bigger. Can’t find the coleman case that fits it, yet…
