Usually a no-brainer, I think the one I received might have been fake. I had one of these for 10 years or so which finally broke for no apparent reason. Had to replace it so ordered one here. Unfortunately, the product I received was not what I expected. It did not have a traditional Suunto needle in it, rather it had a plastic cutout with the red and black portions silk-screened on. Also the ruby bearing was not present. Instead it was a gray metal bearing. It did not spin as freely as I’d expect and did take some more time than normal to settle…
