Great child carrier for hiking and other uses. So far I have used the sapling for between 15 and 20 hours. I have used it for day trips to the zoo, walking on paved paths and hiking on well kept trails. I have carried both a ~20lb and ~35lb child in this for extended durations with some extra items packed in the bottom (diapers, wipes, water etc). I can say that for my 20lb child I could wear this almost indefinitely. When properly adjusted the weight is distributed onto your hips and the should straps basically just keep it from tipping…
