Held up well under difficult winter storm I took a Noah’s Tarp on a solo winter trip to Yosemite National Park. I used it as a secondary ‘roof’ over my 3-season tent; my primary interest was to protect my tent from ice and snow falling from trees and onto the tent.A storm dropped sixteen inches of heavy ‘sierra cement’ snow my first night and eight inches the second night. Absolutely love this tarp Absolutely love this tarp. This thing is awesome. Me and my boys spent the night in our tent set up in the back yard last night. I set this up in front of and over the tent and it rained all night. It was nice not having rain flipping in on us as we opened the tent door in the morning and it was also nice stepping out of the tent onto dry ground when everything around us was soaked.
