Broken rivet
Very, very poorly made chairs!!! I purchased two of these chairs from Amazon in September 2016 and had high expectations. They are very comfortable but are VERY poorly made. After moderate use, my wife and I are not big people, the fasteners holding them together have to be tightened continually. This requires two different size allen wrenches to perform.
